Ceibra Export Import is part of a traditional Brazilian group established since 1958, which has operations in several divisions, among others: corporate financial consulting, construction, IT, chemical industry, agribusiness, infrastructure and transport.
Based on the group’s success with different legal and regulatory submissions - ANVISA
(National Health Surveillance Agency); Inmetro (National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality); INPI
(National Institute of Industrial Property - Marks and Patent); MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply); and Ministry of Transport,
Ceibra was established to attend the group’s demand for legal, regulatory affairs and international trade.
In 2006 we decided to diversify Ceibra’s operation opening a new division -
medical device - distributing a variety of products made in Brazil. Since 2008, we have been working on indentifying international partners to distribute
innovative products in Brazil. For this purpose, we have so far invested in the following areas: selecting and hiring team coordinators for visiting to physicians; selecting a databank of over 2000 doctors -
dermatologists and plastic surgeons - and 400 aesthetic and dermatological clinics; and attending national and international medical expo and seminars. Our target is that the new medical division represents the major
Ceibra’s revenue by 2010.
